2010

Awarded $3.6 Million DOE Grant

2012

  • Engineered 5kWh long-duration FESS prototype

Successful completion of Series A funding

2014

Commercial installation of 25kWh long-durational FESS system Alameda, CA

2015

Amber signs agreement with Elemental Excelerator, based in Honolulu, HI

2016

  • Amber signs supply agreements with HECO, Emerging Power, and EEI

  • Amber completes Series B round; awarded second $2.0 Million CEC Grant
